Infinitoy Recalls Softimals Toy Sets Due to Choking and Aspiration Hazard. Sold at Specialty toy stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and Mindware.com from September 2012 to September 2013 for about $25 and $40.

Crate and Barrel Recalls Finley Hanging Pendant Lamps Due to Fire and Shock Hazards. Sold exclusively at Crate and Barrel stores nationwide, Crate and Barrel’s catalog and Crateandbarrel.com from January 2009 through July 2013 for between $149 and $249.

Emerson Air Comfort Products Recalls Tommy Bahama Outdoor Ceiling Fans Due to Risk of Injury. Sold at Fan and lighting stores nationwide and online at www.EmersonFans.com and Amazon.com from April 2010 through July 2012 for about $350.

Southern Telecom Recalls A/C Adaptors for Polaroid Internet Tablets Due to Fire Hazard. Sold exclusively at Big Lots in July 2013 for $90 for the tablet and adaptor.

HeathCo Recalls Motion-Activated Outdoor Lights Due to Electrical Shock Hazard. Sold at Large home improvement retailers, lighting, electrical and other retail stores nationwide and online from December 2006 to July 2013 for between $50 and $120.

Sunny Pine Farm of Twisp, Washington is voluntarily recalling Organic Chevre, Organic Parsley Chive Chevre and Organic Honey Lavender Chevre due to possible improper pasteurization. The recalled Chevre cheeses were sold in plastic 6 oz tubs in the Twisp-Winthrop area in Washington State.

Reser’s Fine Foods, a Topeka, Kan. establishment, is expanding its recall of chicken, ham and beef products to include all products produced between Sept. 5 and Oct. 9, 2013. This is in addition to the 22,800 pounds of product recalled on Oct. 22, 2013. The products are being recalled due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes

Reser’s Fine Foods of Beaverton, Oregon is recalling refrigerated ready-to-eat products (7-11, ALDI, BLOCK AND BARREL, CASA SOLANA, DICKEYS, DILLONS, FAMOUS DAVES, COBBLESTREET MARKET, JEWEL, KING SOOPER, MILLER, MRS. GILES, MRS. WEAVER, ORVAL KENT, GREEN HILL, RESER'S, CHEF'S CHOICE, SAFEWAY DELI COUNTER, SAV-A-LOT, STONEMILL, ESSENTIAL EVERYDAY, SYSCO, CROSS VALLEY FARMS, WALMART, MARKETSIDE, WEST CREEK,YODER, MY PREMIER, TARGET CANADA, YUM brands) because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled refrigerated ready-to-eat products were distributed nationwide and Canada.

("Reser's") recall where select Reser's products were recalled due to the potential of being contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, Taylor Farms Tennessee, Inc. ("TFTN") and Taylor Farms Maryland, Inc. ("TFMD") are voluntarily recalling a limited number of products (Broccoli Crunch Salad Kit (Sold at the Deli Counter), Broccoli Cheddar Salad Kit (Sold at the Deli Counter), Broccoli Slaw Kit (Sold at the Deli Counter), Signature Caf� Italian Pasta Salad Kit (Sold at Deli Counter), Diced Summer Slaw Kit (Sold at Deli Counter), Kings Summer Slaw Kit (Sold at Deli Counter), G&G Italian Pasta SGCAF (Sold at Deli Counter), Cabbage Coleslaw Kit with Dressing (Sold at Deli Counter), Spinach Antipasti Salad Kit (Sold at Deli Counter), Giardiniera Vegetable Salad Kit (Foodservice Kit)) that contain Reser's recalled ingredients. The recalled products were shipped to the above stores between October 19, 2013 and October 24, 2013.

Garden-Fresh Foods is initiating an expansion to our voluntary recall on various ready-to-eat salads, slaw, and dip products sold under various brands and code dates. The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were distributed in the following states: WI, MN, IA, IL, OH, IN, TX, FL, MA, MO, MI, PA, AZ, CA, and distributed to retail stores and food services.

BI-LO today announced an immediate recall of the Taylor Farms Spinach Antipasti Salad sold at the BI-LO store located at 500 Furys Ferry Road in Martinez, Ga. This item is sold in the full-service case in the deli department.

Boston Salads and Prepared Foods, Boston, MA is voluntarily recalling prepared salads, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The Seafood and Shrimp Salad, Chef's Recipe Potato Salad, Seafood Salad, Tuna Salad and Shrimp Salad were manufactured by Boston Salads and Prepared Foods and bear the Boston Salads, Rachael’s Gourmet, Dietz and Watson labels with the sell by dates stated above. Garden Tuna Salad bears the Costa Fruit Fresh Ideas label

Ferrarini USA, Importer of Record in San Fernando, Calif., is recalling approximately 13,118 pounds of salami products that were not presented for import reinspection. The products were shipped to distributors in Arizona and California for further distribution to retailers.

Costco, in Coon Rapids, Minn., is recalling an undetermined amount of lean fresh ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. This product was sold directly to 342 consumers in a Costco located at 12547 Riverdale Blvd., Coon Rapids, Minn., between Sept. 4 and Sept. 7.

Kraft Foods Group is voluntarily recalling some varieties of Kraft and Polly-O String Cheese and String Cheese Twists products. These products may spoil before their "Best When Used By" code dates, leading to product discoloration. The affected products all have code dates from October 25, 2013 through February 11, 2014. Approximately 735,000 cases of the affected product were shipped to customers across the United States.
