Trying to decide on her winter carseat...
What's the best fleece cover to put over a Britax Chaperone?
I might use this seat for winter for the (soon to be) 6-month-old. Though already her legs are so long our days for those covers are limited.
I have the Aton 2 but the cover I have blocks the sides of the seat (which I need to access to hook it up to the Cybex stroller; can't do that with gloves at all very well). And the cover she keeps kicking off! And...to click the seat into the base I have to fit it into the base using my back muscles (hard to explain); plus it's hard to tighten. I am not sure if the fleece cover is messing something up.
I have sharp back pain today. With the Chaperone (while it's a bit more difficult to get it OUT of the base) I just thrust it up with my knee (no back) into the base.
So I guess I need to buy a Snap and Go. I just want easy. And no back pain.
I am debating a RF convertible (I'd probably put the Orbit in) but figure I should wait because I think having her in the infant seat would be handier for winter. I have my whole life to deal with the convertible seat as she gets older anyway.
