One quick FF ride

DD2 is being released from the hospital this morning. I had to switch cars with my mom so the car I have only has a FF seat installed. DD2 is 19 months.
Do I reinstall the seat in a busy parking garage or just let her ride home in it?

I'm glad she's going home!

If it's a convertible, I would reinstall. I would keep her in the back seat with the doors closed while you're reinstalling. It's not fun, I've had to do it before- but it is doable with just one car seat and one kid.

That's what i was thinking. It's a Titan or tribute. Not easy to install RF but it can be done.

I'd reinstall. If it's your own seat that you're used to installing, I bet you can do it quick enough.

Is it possible to go down and install it right before she is released? Or install it RF tonight after she goes to sleep?

Glad that she is going home! I bet you are so relieved!

If you're parked in the garage then no matter how busy, the cars are going behind you so they won't interfere with installation. I would just install it after she goes to bed or while she's sitting in a seat in the car.
