What does a shallow belt path mean?

The "shallow belt path" refers to older (I assume you mean with Radians from your other posts) DOM seats. This is now fixed, It referred to the groove that the harness passed thought at the bottom of the seat, the seats with the shallow groove(path) allowed the harness to get "hung up": under the seat instead of tightening safely.
