I am tired of seeing children in the wrong seats or no child car seats at my child's preschool. I have no interest in confronting these parents but I would like to find a handout to send home with the students. Where would I find such a thing? Printing cost would prevent me from printing myself so is there a local agency to look into for this issue?
Today was the last straw as a clearly 2-3 year old was being strapped into a front faced infant bucket seat.
