Dorel Juvenile Group (DJG) is recalling certain Safety 1st Complete Air LX (models CC050xxx), Safety 1st Complete Air SE (models CC051xxx), and Safety 1st Alpha Omega Elite (models 22187xxx , 22465xxx ,CC033xxx , and CC046xxx), and Eddie Bauer Deluxe 3 in 1 convertible (models 22790xxx , and CC046xxx) child restraint systems manufactured from July 20, 2010, through May 18, 2011. The rear facing belt path installation arrows are incorrect and could be potentially construed as pointing toward the forward facing vehicle belt path location.

Hachette Book Group Recalls Children’s Books titled “Count my Kisses, 1, 2, 3” and “Red, Green, Blue, I Love You” Due To Choking and Laceration Hazards. Sold at Barnes & Noble, online at Amazon.com and by other booksellers and retailers from June 2013 to August 2013 for about $8.

The Children’s Place Recalls Footed Pajamas Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard
Sold exclusively at The Children’s Place stores nationwide and online at www.childrensplace.com from January 2012 through May 2013 for about $15.

Eco-Novelty Recalls Jumbo Size and Jumbo Multipurpose Cosmo Beads Toys Due to Serious Ingestion Hazard. Sold at Amazon.com, ifleemarket.com and crystalsoilusa.com from June 2011 through August 2013 for between $2 and $20.

Be Amazing! Toys Recalls Monster Science Growing Spiders Due to Serious Ingestion Hazard. Sold at Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores nationwide from August 2011 to August 2013, Spirit Halloween stores nationwide from August 2011 to November 2011 and from August 2012 to November 2012, and Target stores nationwide from September to November 2012 for between $3 and $5.

Cambridge Metal & Plastics Recalls Motorcycle Training Wheels Due to a Crash Hazard. Sold at Motorcycle dealerships nationwide and at Mooseracing.com, Parts-unlimited.com and other online retailers from July 2012 through June 2013 for about $130.

L.L.Bean Recalls Boat Carts for Canoes and Kayaks; Plastic Wheel Rims Can Burst and Injure Users. Sold exclusively at L.L.Bean stores nationwide, L.L.Bean’s catalog and online at www.llbean.com from March 2012 through June 2013 for about $100.

Shimano American Recalls Disc Brake Calipers Due to Collision Hazard. Sold at Bicycle specialty stores and dealers nationwide from February 2012 through May 2013 for about $75 for the BR-CX75 model disc brake calipers and the BR-R515 model disc brake calipers price was included in the cost of the bicycles where installed.

Waterlogic Recalls Water Cooling, Heating Systems Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Distributors and dealers, including AquaPure Water Systems, Culligan, CWC, Farmer Brothers, Filterfresh, First Choice Services and others selling water and coffee systems nationwide from January 2005 to December 2008 for approximately $500 to $1500. The units are sold to dealers and leased to consumers.

Frigidaire Recalls Professional Blenders Due to Laceration Hazard
Sold at Best Buy, Target and other stores nationwide and online at amazon.com, bedbath.com and other online retailers from March 2012 through July 2013 for about $130.

Gree Recalls 12 Brands of Dehumidifiers (Danby, De’Longhi, Fedders, Fellini, Frigidaire, Gree, Kenmore, Norpole, Premiere, Seabreeze, SoleusAir and SuperClima) Due to Serious Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold at
AAFES, HH Gregg, Home Depot, Kmart, Lowe’s, Menards, Mills Fleet Farm, Sam’s Club, Sears and other stores nationwide and in Canada, and online at Amazon.com and Ebay.com, from January 2005 through August 2013 for between $110 and $400.

Ceiling-Mounted Light Fixtures Recalled by Dolan Designs Due to Fire and Shock Hazards. Sold at Builders Lighting, Globe Lighting, Seattle Lighting and other lighting showrooms nationwide and on-line at destinationlighting.com between September 2008 and October 2009 for about $47.

Visonic Recalls Amber Personal Emergency Response System Kits Due to Remote Pendant Battery Signal Failure. Sold at Visonic distributors and professional alarm installation firms nationwide from January 2008 through August 2013 for between $220 and $240 for the kits.

General Mills announced today a voluntary Class II recall of a limited quantity of refrigerated Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing. This action is being taken as a precaution because the dough may contain fragments from a broken piece of plastic on the production line. These products are sold in grocery stores nationally.

Central Valley Meat Company, a Hanford, Calif., establishment, is recalling 58,240 pounds of ground beef that may contain small pieces of plastic
The products were produced on April 1, 2013, and can be further identified by case code “6063A3091A” or “6063A3091B.” The products were shipped to distribution centers in Arkansas, California, Montana and Texas and were intended for use by the National School Lunch Program.

Siberoni, a Portland, Ore. firm, is recalling 169,655 pounds of raw and frozen meat and poultry “pelmeni” (Eastern European-style ravioli products) which were produced without the benefit of inspection
The products were produced prior to September 6, 2013 and were sold directly from the firm’s storefront and, via a distributor, to retail outlets in Oregon and Washington State.

National Beef Packing Company, a Dodge City, Kan., establishment, is recalling approximately 690 pounds of beef tongue root filet products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were produced on August 19, 2013, and were shipped to a distributor in Amarillo, Texas, for further processing.

Avella Specialty Pharmacy is voluntarily recalling two compounded sterile medications. The recall is a result of concerns of sterility assurance with the specialty pharmacy’s independent testing laboratory, Front Range Laboratories.

Park Compounding is voluntarily recalling one lot of sterile medication Testosterone Cypionate (Sesame Oil) 200mg/ml Lot #05072013@1 Exp: 11/3/2013 for injection in 10ml amber vials, to the consumer level. In a recent inspection, FDA investigators observed that methods used by Front Range Laboratories to assess sterility may have resulted in pharmacies receiving inaccurate laboratory test results.

Leiter's Compounding Pharmacy Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Three Product Lots Due to Lack of Assurance of Sterility Concerns Related to its Independent Testing Vendor. These products were dispensed to health care providers between 8/05/13 to 9/02/13 nationwide throughout the United States.

Ge Pharma, LLC of North Haven, CT is recalling Creafuse Powder Grape Lot# GE4568 and Creafuse Powder Fruit Punch Lot #GE4570, packaged in a white, 600 gram container with an expiration date of 2/2015 because it contains 1,3 dimethylamylamine (DMAA). The product was distributed nationwide and was sold via telephone and email.
