Agreed, I loved the results, but they were so confusing. Especially when they were comparing FFing vs RFing seats. Which one is which when you yank a car backward?

I wanna say that we went over this in one of Jeff's threads? That if you accelerate in reverse 0-X in a split second, then it is the same force as if you decelerate in forward motion X-0 in the same time.
So that is what popped into my head when I saw they were accelerating in reverse instead of suddenly stopping the sled in forward motion.

That was cool though! I hadnt seen it, and Im trying to create a folder in my favorites to keep all the links lol!

(not sure why the crash is backward...celeration"]Wikipedia has a great explanation of the physics involved in calculating acceleration and how that relates to force.

I found the video of the pregnant driver reassuring. Also, what was that in the center rear seating position in the 50 MPH offset crash?

What a great video, although I wish they'd given more info.

The crash tests with the pregnant imaging were interesting...
