Just wanted to share that I had a pretty great experience getting my top tether retrofit. I ordered it yesterday (with the information given to me in another thread 
) and it came in this morning! The guy asked if he could have one of the stickers off it for his own reference because its a hard part to look up. Then he asked if I happen to know what models this fits, he was taking notes on everything I shared so he could help other families. Guy has an abreviated version of honda section of the LATCH manual now.
You just don't expect that kind of response from someone working the parts desk.
