Baby Jogger Recalls Car Seat Adaptors for Strollers Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at Buy Buy Baby and other juvenile product stores nationwide and at albeebaby.com, amazon.com, buybuybaby.com, diapers.com and other online retailers from June 2012 through June 2013 for about $60 for the single adaptor and $100 for the double adaptor.

HALO SleepSacks Wearable Blankets Recalled Due to Choking Hazard. Sold exclusively at Babies R Us and www.babiesrus.com from December 2011 through July 2013 for about $25.

IKEA Recalls KRITTER and SNIGLAR Junior Beds Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold exclusively at IKEA stores nationwide and online at www.ikea-usa.com from July 2005 through May 2013 for between $60 and $90.

Apple Park Recalls Children’s Loungewear Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard. Sold at Boutiques, children’s specialty stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com,

Children’s Pajamas Recalled by Klever Kids Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard. Sold at children’s boutiques and specialty stores nationwide from September 2012 through March 2013 for between $32 and $82.

Vitamix Recalls 64-Ounce Low Profile Blender Container Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at Major retailers nationwide and online at vitamix.com from April 2012 to August 2013 for about $529 to $749 with different model base or $149 for the container alone. Products were also sold through show demonstrators, who demonstrate products at retail outlets, consumer shows, fairs and other venues.

Wilton Industries Recalls Chefmate Tea Kettles Due to Burn Hazard
Sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide and online at Target.com from January 2006 through May 2013 for about $9.

Applica Consumer Products Reannounces Black & Decker Spacemaker Coffeemaker Recall Due to Injury Hazard; Units Sold After Recall
Sold at True Value Hardware Stores nationwide from July 2008 to June 2013 for about $50 to $80.

Philips Lighting Recalls Endura and Ambient LED Bulbs Due to Shock Hazard. Sold at Home Depot, grocery and home center stores nationwide, online retailers, including Amazon.com and through electrical distributors between October 2012 and May 2013 for between $15 and $30.

Char-Broil Recalls Patio Bistro Gas Grills Due to Burn Hazard. Sold at hardware stores and other retailers nationwide, including Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Sears, Target, True Value and online from Amazon.com from September 2010 to June 2013 for about for about $175 for the full size grill and $135 for the table top grill.

Lone Star Western Beef, Inc., a Fairmont, W.Va., establishment, is recalling approximately 109 pounds of beef jerky products due to a processing deviation. The products were shipped to a distributor in North Central West Virginia and sold to retail stores.

Buurma Farms, Inc. is voluntarily recalling 465 boxes of Cilantro Lot #02D312A4. Buurma Farms recalled this product due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The Cilantro was sold to distributors in Michigan on August 3, 2013. The product was also shipped to retail stores in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. The Cilantro, which was distributed through Meijer and Ben B Schwartz and Sons in Michigan the week of August 5-9, could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Justin’s has initiated a voluntary recall of certain lots of its Maple Almond Butter 16oz jars and its Chocolate Hazelnut Butter 16oz jars due to the presence of foreign metallic fragments in unpackaged nut butter.
The products were distributed nationally to numerous retailers and were available for purchase on the internet from 07/18/13 to 08/14/13.

Herbal Give Care LLC is voluntarily recalling all lots of Esbelder man (30 capsules), Esbelder fem (30 capsules) and Esbelder siloutte (30 capsules) to the consumer level. The products have been found to contain undeclared Sibutramine, N-Desmethylsibutramine, and N-di-Desmethylsibutramine. The presence of these undeclared ingredients makes these products unapproved drugs.

Jack Rabbit Inc. announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of one lot of the company's dietary supplement product sold under the following name: Jack Rabbit. The product was found to contain Sildenafil and Tadalafil. Jack Rabbit Pack is marketed as a dietary supplement for sexual enhancement. It is packaged in 4 count blister packs and distributed online and retail stores nationwide.

Park Pharmacy & Compounding Center is voluntarily recalling two lots of products Methylcobalamin 5mg/ml 30ml Amber Vials Lot #06132013@1 Exp: 12/10/2013 and Multitrace-5 Concentrate 10ml Amber Vials Lot #05212013@20 Exp: 11/17/2013 for injection, to the consumer level. In a recent inspection, FDA investigators observed that methods used by the laboratory to assess sterility may have resulted in pharmacies receiving inaccurate laboratory test results.

JCB Laboratories (JCB) is issuing a recall of six lots of sterile drug products to the user level due to concerns of sterility assurance following a recent inspection by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration of Front Range Laboratories of Loveland, Colo., one of the contract testing labs used by JCB. The recalled products were distributed to outpatient dialysis clinics in multiple states from July 8, 2013, through Aug. 20, 2013.

Wellness Pharmacy, Inc. Issues Nationwide Voluntary Recall of Certain Sterile Products due to Laboratory Results Indicating Microbial Contamination. Recalled medications were distributed to individual patients and to physician offices nationwide.

Hardmenstore.com is voluntarily recalling 1000 lots of 72HP, Evil Root and Pro Power Max at the consumer level. According to representatives of the FDA, 72HP, Evil Root and Pro Power Max have reportedly been found to contain amounts of the PDE-5 Inhibitor, sildenafil, which is the active ingredient in an FDA-approved drug for erectile dysfunction (ED).

Aidapak Services LLC is conducting a voluntary recall of specific unit dose repackaged products sent to 25 hospital inpatient pharmacies in the States of Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona for products listed on the company’s website. The Firm voluntarily recalled these products to the hospital/user level after learning of possible incorrect labeling which could involve OTC, prescription, and dietary supplement products.

The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) has voluntarily recalled specific lots of dry pet food (Eukanuba Dog Food, Iams Dog Food, Iams Cat Food) because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

Goldenfeast® Inc. is recalling several exotic bird food blends due to possible contamination of Salmonella from parsley flake ingredients supplied to Goldenfeast® Inc. by Specialty Commodities, Inc., an outside supplier to Goldenfeast® Inc. Recalled products were distributed to retailers and distributors in the states of: Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, Virginia and Canada.
