Creative ideas for upcycling car seats

So I was taking apart an expired Snugride yesterday when it occurred to me that it might work as a French Horn carrier. The only thing left is to securely attach it to the bicycle's luggage rack.

What ideas have you had? I've had good luck keeping my sleeping bags organized with harness and latch straps...

I keep all the straps, clips and buckles, I use them to make doll carriers for DD, craft projects (the straps are great for using on big totes I like to make), and for organizing big items (works great for holding together fire wood). waste not, want not

I have thought about possibly weaving the harness straps to make a sort of outdoor chair. That would require a lot of straps though.

My uncle has put car seat straps in highchairs that my grandpa made. I used my fr85 latch strap to help secure cargo in the backseat when I was moving. I have my neighbors old turbo for use as a non-vehicle booster seat (I took a 4yo as my date to my high schools production of beauty and the beast and most of the other kids were jealous that she could see).
