Is your b-safe base noisy?

The level indicator jiggles around a lot even with the seat/baby in it and its annoying!!! Is your base noisy? Britax told me when I put the seat with baby in it it would stop!

Mine is really noisy when empty, but it stops when i put the seat in. It only does the noise in my car, not in my bf's car. In mine, i once noticed that the noise (shaking, rattling) was worst when the base was really really tight, like digging in the backseat. I loossened it a bit, but the install was still tight, with less than 1 inch of move at the belt path, and i almost got rid of the noise.

Mine is noisy. No baby to put in it yet, but the sack of flour I buckled in there has helped.

If Britax says the baby in seat should have fixed it, and it didn't, I'd call them again.

I know the sound you are talking about. I only hear it when installing it. With or without a baby and or the seat it does not make noise, but yes there is a noise I haven't heard from other seats. Mine goes away once it is tight enough but I suspect it might make noise in Dh's car if the baby were not in it.
