Need a quick seat recommendation !

Have a mom who was rear ended. Child was rf in a MA. Insurance told her to go buy him a new seat. She likes the MA but wants to RF as long as possible. I told her she may want to consider a different seat due to the MAs lack of legroom and short shell. Child is 15 months old. Almost a 13" torso. 23.5 pounds. She can get any seat she wants. What would be best for a child that will rear face "as long as possible?" Thank you!

I think the Graco Size4Me and clones are the tallest, but have a 40# rfing weight limit. The Radian would give the option of rfing to 45# and is tall. I might also look at the Chicco NextFit and Evenflo SureRide. If there's no limit on price, there's always the Foonf, too. There are lots of options!

I have a classic MA which I actually think will rf decently long but I am eyeballing a size4me to move up to since my MA expires next year. With the new buckles coming out Graco removed the last bit of sensibility that was holding me back. It does have nice legroom - AND a cupholder. :dance: But not 2 cupholders so it is not ridiculously wide.

The chicco nextfit is really nice and cushy but too pricey for our situation (last kid, don't really NEED to change seats, I just want to play around, etc... I'm waiting for the size4me to go on sale again and will grab one then. ) I'd consider it for a younger kid and with an imminent need for a seat.
