How many is to many?

Wanted to see what everyone things. I recently installed a RF infant only child seat in a newer Mercury Cougar. The rear seats have the deepest "seat bite" I have have ever seen. This childseat has a base. I used two noodles to install it. The noodles are the larger ones on size.
Has anyone heard of using to many noodles to offset the problem of a very deep seat bite or just to get proper angle?
Thanks to all that respond.

The senior tech here looked this up for our class in June. There was a mild debate between her and the instructor. I think the official answer was no more than 3, but I'll double check the next time I talk to her, if you don't get an answer from someone else who knows first.

Gosh, I guess your post didn't send up any "red flags" for anyone, Ben. I'm just impressed you were able to do *anything* to get *any* seat in that car, lol. I know a mom who couldn't, and actually was fortunately able to trade it in for something more CR friendly.

I don't think 2 larger noodles sounds unreasonable, as long as the seat follows the usual rules (base not beyond horizontal, and is at least 80% of the base is on the seat, ie, not hanging off the front edge too far, and its' tightly installed)

Our senior instructor says the same thing - no more than 3.
