Seat and cover question

Bumping.

Can anyone help? Is the new classic Marathon the same shell as the old Marathon/Fpsvd? Will the cover fit? Thanks!!

I am not sure what a fpsvd is but the classic marathon shape hasn't changed in 10 is years. The neck pads used to be velcro and are now sewn shut and the harness asjustment used to lift open, now it is just a slit, but the covers will fit. I have a really old cow cover on one of my marathons right now... and a newer cow cover on the other.

Although, if its not a britax (or fp) made cover, it really shouldn't be used as it hasent been tested. I just can't recall ever seeing a badger cover.

It is a Britax cover that she bought a year or 2 ago to use on her daughter's FPSVD (Marathon shell, but sold by Fisher Price) on it's last few use of use. I just wasn't sure if the new Marathon Classics were the same as the Marathon's a few years ago.

Britax at one time made a TON of college/sports covers... alas none for my alma matter, carnegie mellon. I don't care about sports but out unofficial mascot is the scottie and scotties are cute. :)
