Maclaren Triumph upright seating position??

Not sure if this is the right area to post this question, if not, please let me know.

I bought a Maclaren Triumph stroller yesterday. I used it today and noticed that my 14 month old daughter is not sitting upright, as the seat is quite reclined, even when the straps are as tight as possible.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get the seat to be more upright?? If I push on the back of the seat, there is quite a bit of slack for it to be more upright.....I'm just not sure of the best way to do it.

After doing a quick google search, it seems like this is a very common complaint about the Triumph, but I don't see any solutions for it.

Thanks
James
