What is this seat?

So my friend's parent's had this in their car, and the manual is of course long gone. We'd like to figure out what it is.

RF 5-35lbs, FF 20-50 lbs. Made in Aug 2008.

No name on the DOM sticker. Googling the serial number didn't do anything (and now I can't find the number again!). I'm thinking Titan too, but wanted to ask here! Thanks!

It is the Titan Elite. My son had that seat for a few months. I hated it. He outgrew it really fast rear-facing. That is the one where he was throwing a fit and broke the chest clip on it. I mean it is probably a fine seat for many kids, but it wasn't good for us.
