Depends. If you're going to install and leave it there yes. But if you have to move it around a lot or whatever I would get the click tight

Re: Britax Pioneer or frontier 90?

I figured a seat that tests to 90 lbs. sounded great, so I liked that. Of course, there is no way he'll get near that weight. I could have gotten the Frontier85 for a lot less, but I liked a lot of the changes to the newer 90 version.
    Seatbelt and 59" (9 YO)
    Harmony Youth (8 YO)/Clek Olli (6YO)
    Harmony Dreamtime (5 YO)
    Clek Fllo (3 YO, RF)/Graco 40 (15 months)
+ 2 Recaro Performance boosters in spare car

The 85 won't fit. Only the new styles. I have a frontier 90 already for dd.

On topic.. I say go with the Pioneer. If you don't need the extra height/weight, and you don't move your seat often, then Pioneer will serve you well!

I think I'm going to wait and get a 90. The click tight comes in handy. The spot its going can be a pain due to the shape.

The code ind20 is working on the pioneer at Albee baby.

Try the 90 and you'll decide...90. I was sold on the 1 minute, no effort installation
