Jeep Liberty Strollers Recalled by Kolcraft Due to Projectile Hazard. Sold at Burlington Coat Factory, Sears and Toys R Us nationwide, online and at other mass market and independent juvenile specialty stores from June 2010 through June 2013 for between $150 and $180.

Fred & Friends Recalls “Buff Baby” Baby Rattles Due to Choking Hazard. Sold at Specialty toy and baby stores nationwide, in Canada, and online at www.amazon.com and various other websites from October 2011 through June 2013 for between $7 and $10.

Stile Products Recalls Tern Folding Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at Authorized Stile/Tern dealers nationwide from January 2012 to May 2013 for between $1,800 and $3,000.

Axis Arrows Recalled by Easton Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at
Archery specialty stores and Academy Sports, Bass Pro, Cabela’s, Gander Mountain and Scheels stores nationwide from February 2013 through May 2013 for about $154 per dozen.

Swan Creek Recalls Loose Votive Candles Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Swan Creek Candle company stores in Florida, Michigan and Ohio, other small candle shops nationwide and on-line at www.swancreekcandle.com from January 2012 through November 2012 for about $2.

Paddywax Recalls Fragrance Diffusers Due to Violation of the FHSA Labeling Requirements. Sold at Small gift shops, grocery, pharmacy, plant nurseries and spas nationwide and online at www.Paddywax.com from January 2013 through April 2013 for about $28.

Horizon Hobby Recalls Dynamite 7.4 V LiPo Batteries Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Hobby stores nationwide and online at www.horizonhobby.com from December 2012 through April 2013 for about $20.

Bel Air Lighting Recalls Portfolio and Transglobe nine-light chandeliers Due to Impact Injury Hazard. Sold at The Portfolio brand sold exclusively at Lowe’s stores and the Transglobe brand sold at lighting stores nationwide, both from February 2007 to June 2010 for about $250.

Kichler Lighting Recalls Chandeliers Due to Injury Hazard. Sold exclusively at Lowe's stores nationwide and at www.lowes.com from July 2006 through August 2011 for about $240.

Genlyte Recalls Capri Track Lighting Due to Impact Injury Hazard. Sold at Electrical wholesale supply distributors from August 2010 through January 2013 for between $50 and $150.

Tip Top Poultry, Inc., a Rockmart, Ga., establishment is recalling approximately 18,000 pounds of mechanically separated chicken product that may contain pieces of plastic. The product subject to recall was packaged on April 29, 2013, and was distributed to one establishment for further processing for institutional use.

Townsend Farms, Inc. of Fairview, Oregon, out of an abundance of caution and in cooperation with the FDA is expanding its voluntary recall efforts and is now recalling Townsend Farms Organic Antioxidant Blend, 3 lb. bag with UPC 0 78414 40444 8. The voluntary recall efforts are based on epidemiological and trace-back evidence resulting from an ongoing outbreak investigation conducted by the FDA and the CDC.

Harmony Chai of Eastsound, WA is voluntarily recalling its Concentrated Black Spiced Chai and Decaffeinated Rooibos Chai because it may not be properly processed. These batches have the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium Botulinum, a bacterium. Concentrated Black Spiced Chai and Decaffeinated Rooibos Chai were distributed through farmers markets, grocery stores and cafes in Western Washington. Areas of distribution include the San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and King Counties.

Miami, Florida Dolphin Intertrade Corp. is voluntary recalling “JaDera” and “Xiyouji Qingzhi” Weight Loss Supplement. These product have been found to contain undeclared Sibutramine, Sibutramine was a previously approved controlled substance for the treatment of obesity that was removed from the U.S. market in October 2010 for safety reasons, making this product an unapproved new drug. The products were distributed Nationwide to consumers and distributors. The products were distributed from May 2011 to May 2013.

Respironics California, Inc., a Philips Healthcare business, today announced that the company’s worldwide recall of approximately 19,200 Philips Respironics V60 Ventilators has been designated a Class I recall by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).On June 4, Respironics initiated a voluntary recall to correct a software issue that may cause the V60 ventilator device to shut down.

Scenic Fruit Company of Gresham, Oregon today announced it is voluntarily recalling 5,091 cases (61,092 eight ounce bags) of Woodstock Frozen Organic Pomegranate Kernels. Based on an ongoing epidemiological and traceback investigation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) of an illness outbreak, the kernels have the potential to be contaminated with Hepatitis A virus. Products were shipped from February 2013 through May 2013 to UNFI distribution centers in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and Washington State. UNFI distribution centers may have further distributed products to retail stores in other states.

Beta Labs, LTD Announces a Recall of Dietary Supplements Oxyphen, Phentalene, Phen FX, and Red Vipers Due to Possible Health Risk. Beta distributes dietary supplements to retailers. The Products were sold via telephone in all fifty (50) United States.

Advance Pharmaceutical Inc. today announced that this firm is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall to the user level of the over-the-counter drug product, Rugby label Enteric Coated Aspirin Tablets, 81 mg, Lot 13A026. Advance Pharmaceutical Inc. first initiated the recall on June 17, 2013, after receiving a complaint about a bottle labeled as Enteric Coated Aspirin Tablets, 81 mg, actually containing Acetaminophen 500 mg tablets. Rugby Laboratories (Major Pharmaceuticals) distributed the product nationwide to wholesalers and retailers.
