Question britax CS

Anyone have an email address for britax cs? Our advocate huggs literally broke in half today after about 20 rides in the seat. DD has big appointments all day Monday so I wont be able to call.

Was it a new G3 HUGS pad? I had one break on my younger son's Boulevard. It only lasted about two months. Customer service was great though, they replaced it without a problem. And my other seats are all still fine.

Call Britax tomorrow, they will make it right. If your child is rearfacing, you can remove the HUGS for now.

She is ffing. So I have to switch out seats for now. And it was a 3g. I will try to call between appointments tomorrow
