Britax MA G3 belly pad on FR85?

We have a Frontier and hate the belly pad. I don't like that it doesn't stay forward, but I've also noticed it slides off the belt VERY easily. We went to the store yesterday and when we got back out to our car I actually found it on the ground, it just slid off and we almost lost it. Just got off the phone with BRitax and I asked about the MAG3 belly pad on the frontier and she told me they can't do that, that you can only use the ma on the ma and fr on the fr. Why then am I reading so much about people getting ma pads for their fr? :( I want one! I'd take the pad off my ma to use on my fr, but then I'd still need one for my ma.

You can now order those belly pads (that make the buckle stay forward) by itself, for all Britax seats :)

Amazon has it for sale directly (eligible for prime), but it looks like they won't be receiving them for a while. Baby Earth has them now, I think?

That's strange. I thought that it was the same one as on the Fr. And I thought I'd read here we could use the FR90 pad with the FR85, but, now, I have no idea where I saw that. If it were a little less money, well it is tempting! I'd call back and ask another rep. :D

I've totally had that happen too, came back to the car to find it on the ground. My 4 year old's falls off constantly and it's so loose she puts it back on.

Call and ask about the FR90 for use on your 85. Its like (if not the same) as the G3 one. We just don't use the belly pads except the G3. Besides the G3 and Nautilus, they all come off and annoy me. The other Britax ones and our TFP currently just don't have them.
