Joey (3.5) RFing in the Next Fit

Finally found a seat for our three across that he has room to grow in. And holy leg room! He really doesn't fit much in any RFing seat anymore. His legs are too squished. He has so much room. And I always discounted it because it was such a high base, but my seats must be set really low because I have zero issue getting him in. And it seriously installs in like 30 seconds.

So it's a 3 across in my 08 Avenger. Fits FF and RFing. It's this seat and two top sides but I can also do one top side and a NB turbo.


He is 3.5, maybe 40-41" and 32-35 lbs. He wears a size 3/4T top

That's a lot of leg room! DS is shorter than him and can only sit criss cross in his RA50.

Maybe I'll plan on this seat for DD2 when she outgrows our convertibles or when they all expire right about the same time. I think that might all coincide, and then I'd have to get a new seat. :D

He's been in it three times now and hasn't said a word. But he's pretty easy going. He's been in a kiddy seat back to forward facing back to rear facing back to the kiddy seat etc a million times. So he kind of adapts. It could easily go more upright but he didn't complain so I didn't change it. But nope, no complaints. Just instant sleep!!! :)))))
