Has anyone had the 'pleasure' of working with Selective Insurance. It's a corporate insurance policy (?). Someone, in a company vehicle, rear-ended my husband. My husband had a Britax and a Radian in his car. The Radian must be replaced, but Selective is fighting this pretty hard. They are arguing that replacement of seats "is a gimmick put in place by car seat manufacturers to make more money". We've sent them the manual and pointed out the part where it says the seat needs to be replaced. We've also provided links to the cost of the seat and sent pictures of our seat...
