    Britax convertible wiggle in base

I'm pretty sure I've seen something about this before, but didn't have luck in my quick search. Can someone point me to information about it? I'm trying to help a friend, but am super busy today.

Here's one that discusses the screws being loose / removed from the base

I've seen a few wiggly Britaxes, and the two things I check are the bolts that hold the seat to the base (it's fine if they are twistable, but make sure they're not super loose or missing), and the recline adjustment system (there is a bar under the front of the seat that has a little plastic bit on it, if the plastic breaks, the bar can slide out and you have a wonky seat).
