    Is it a safe seat? What is the harness measurements? What is the seated shell height?

    All seats on sale in the US are safe seats as they pass the required safety standards.

    That being said, it is a great budget seat with lovely high rear-facing weight limit of 35lbs.

    Top harness slot 14.5inches
    Back height 23 inchest

    great thanks! I'm going to look at one and see if i like it. It might be a good one just to get thru RF. She isn't at her top slot and is done with current one. It's taller than her triumph by 5" and same top harness. She has roughly 3" harness left. And $40 even if it's only a yr can't be that.

    The seat isn't too bad and for $40 a good buy. But I like the eps foam instead of nothing, kwim? She had about 3-4" for headroom RF
