ConfirmMinWeight for boosters

Hi All --

Please help me answer a discussion without having to go look up every booster manufacturer out there. In the USA, is there any booster manufacturer that lists anything less than 30 pounds as the minimum weight.

Also, what is the average weight minimum that the majority list. Is it also 30?

Not that I've ever heard of. The evenflo HBs are 30 minimum and I think there's one other brand that has 30lb minimum but none less than that.

There are SOME high back boosters that list 30 as a minimum but ALL backless boosters are a minimum of 40.

I believe the Harmony backless boosters have a 30-lb minimum. There might be others.

The Graco HBBs are 30 lbs.

Not in the United States.

Not true. There are backless with 30lbs minimums.

There are no boosters in the US with a minimum weight lower than 30 pounds. Out of current seats, the only backless boosters I know of that start below 40 pounds are the harmony boosters, which start at 30.

Previously, the dorel backless boosters used to start at 30 pounds. I think evenflo might have as well- and I think combi too.

I have 3 Harmony boosters, a Literider and a Transit, which are backless. They have a 30 lbs minimum weight rating. I also have a high back Harmony (folding travel booster), and it has a minimum of 30 lbs.

Our Cybex X-fit high back booster has a minimum of *33* lbs, not 30 or 40.

The X-Fix is based on their Euro version, where boosters (Group 2/3) start at 15kg/33lbs.
I think the Vivo starts at 30lbs. The Harmony backless boosters are definitely 30lbs as others have mentioned.
