Graco Nautlilus Good Choice?

So my sisters car seat for my 2.5 year old niece is about to expire, she currently has a very old very cheap (ff) convertible seat. She is not interested in erf her. My niece is in the 75% for weight and height. This will go in a 2012 (or 13?) Honda Odyssey Passenger side Captain Chair. My sister is on a budget but I figured I could convince her to spend about 150 if i make a case that it will be the last car seat my niece ever needs and sucker my niece in with a cute cover like this one I found at walmart.

I actually really like to recomend the evenflo sureride for this type of situation. It doesn't turn into a booster but that could help keep her in a harness for longer. It can often be found for close to $80.

That said the nautilus is also a very good choice I was just taking a different angle.

My only concern about that is the lack of neck pads, my sister currently uses some aftermarket neck pads, I told her they technically aren't safe as they weren't made the manufacturer but she said they wouldn't sell them if they weren't safe.
