I just bought a Maci cosi mico and I have a question about safe usage. No where in the manual does it mention what position the carry handle should be in when it is placed in the car. I know some infant seats require the handle to be in upright carrying mode bc it is part of the rebound safety system. And some say it doesn't matter and the handle can be rotated back. Does anyone know the guidelines for this seat? I read the manual front to back and saw nothing explicitly stated. Thanks!

The FAQ on the maxi-cosi site says the handle can be in any locked position during travel.

Then you're good to go with the handle in any locked position, per the info in the link
The way you were talking about the anti rebound made me wonder if you were Canadian, and I believe that seat does require the handle up in Canada.
