What vehicle for a large family????

We currently have a 02 Grand caravan..with 4 carseats and one booster in it...it is getting cramped. We are looking to get a bigger vehicle but want one that is safe..i.e. headrests in all positions. I would like a 10-12 passenger...what do you think?? Thanks

Suburban? Most large families I know love their Suburbans.

Many of the 12-15 passenger vans don't have headrests, but you'd have to check individually on that.

12-15 passenger vans have some not so good safety records. I can't remember the exact reason why, but I think it's something to do with them being too top heavy. If you get a Suburban (or any tall car), try and make sure it has traction control.

A Dodge sprinter was recommended at one time but i think they didn't have tethers and latch. They did have headrests and shoulder belts.
