Britax CS - Has it gone down hill? or am I having bad luck?

Called their CS today and received terrible service. She couldn't answer any questions and did not appear to take anything I said seriously, then she either got disconnected or hung up without saying goodbye. Last time I called, I was given misinformation. What is going on? They used to be so good. Am I just having bad luck or have they gone down hill? If I'm going to spend this kindof money on seats, I require it come with good service.

I've had great experience with their CS. I just called this week to get new HUGS pad for my son's seat since it broke. It might just be because I just have Graco and Dorel to compare them with but I thought they were fabulous.

It may be possible that with the opening of their new facility there may be some "kinks" to be worked out. It could be poor training or overwhelmed representatives. Considering not only did they open a new huge facility they are going through a major launch. I would call back, make sure you get the name of your representative in case you have issues.

Ive had great customer service still. Ive never had trouble with them.

I've gotten bad info from them over the years, and they've also messed up some of my orders (like replacement harnesses) in the past. I'd say that in general, they have decent customer service, but they also have some reps who do not know the ins and outs of the seats and give incorrect info, but that has been going on for years, in my experience. :twocents:

I have gotten great service many, many times. I got bad service once. I just called back the next day, much better.

Call again. :)
