My sister is having issues with her Diono seat, which were brought up in a previous thread, but is having trouble getting a response from Diono. She emailed and called, got one response at first, but nothing since. It has been a month since she first contacted them. What is the best email or phone number to get her problem resolved?

When Diono was Sunshine Kids, "Russ" was the person that finally replaced DS's defective seat.
I'm pretty sure they don't let Russ speak with the public anymore, because he tends to say crazy things, such as recommending you fix your seat with duct tape.

Super LATCH loosening and the harness loosening, even after she tucked the adjuster strap down so her ds couldn't reach it. The harness was ending up loose between point A and point B on a regular basis. The first few times she thought maybe it was loose for some reason and she didn't notice(grandma or dad maybe), even though she doesn't loosen and tighten her harnesses every time. Then she started double checking that it was tight when she put him in, but it would still end up loose when they got where they were going. So I suggested making sure the strap was tucked down and it still happened. The super LATCH was an easy fix. She just used the seat belt instead. It annoyed her but she wasn't too upset. Now she's upset.
I told her she needs to. I'll ask her today, but I doubt she has.
She could always duct tape the kid into the seat!!
