The Argos seemed to have more cushion in the headwings as well. Played with the Argos at tech class last week and I've owned 4 Nauti...

The 'elite' of both models have the adjustable headwings. Argos just has the harness permanently set over the roller bars at the highest point on the back of the seat (ie, top slot) and the headrest moves up and down to make it a no rethread harness. Shorter crotch strap, too.
