Battenfeld Technologies Recalls Three-Digit Combination Locking Handgun Vaults Due to Lock Malfunction. Sold at Small sporting goods and specialty stores nationwide and online retailers from May 2012 to Mar 2013 both for around $21.

Manchester Tank & Equipment Company Recalls Propane Cylinders Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Nationwide at propane dealers and distributors, hardware stores including Ace, True Value and Tractor Supply, welding equipment supply stores, farm and home stores, and equipment rental outlets from January 2012 through March 2013 for between $140 and $170.

Federal Corporation is recalling certain Couragia A/T tires, size P265/75R16 116S, DOT Serial Numbers UX77 3210-UX770813. In the affected tires, excessive heat causes tread shoulder chunking.

Manda Packing Company, a Baker, La., establishment, is expanding its recall to include approximately 468,000 pounds of roast beef, ham, turkey breast, tasso pork, ham shanks, hog head cheese, corned beef, and pastrami due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Brands include: Manda, Four Star, Cajun Prize, S&W, LA Pride, Leblancs, Thompsons, Christiana, Chef Master, Scariano, Marques, Cajun Rite, Rouses, Big Cajun, Diversified. The products were shipped for further distribution, for sale at retail, and to retail deli stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

Green Valley Drugs is voluntarily recalling All Lots of All Sterile products compounded, repackaged, and distributed by the pharmacy due to lack of sterility assurance and concerns associated with the quality control processes. Green Valley Drugs sterile products covered under this recall were distributed nationwide.

Affirm XL, Inc announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of the company’s dietary supplement sold under the brand name Affirm XL specific to lot number 1190001. Affirm XL, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall to the consumer level after FDA lab analysis testing found the product to contain an analogue of sildenafil. Sildenafil is an active ingredient used in an FDA-approved product for the treatment of male Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

Consumer Concepts, Inc. is conducting a consumer/user level recall of all ROCK-It MAN Male Enhancement Capsules sold between October, 2012 and April, 2013. Finished product of ROCK-It MAN Male Enhancement Capsules was tested and found to contain an analogue of an ingredient in an FDA-approved drug.
