Does anyone have a book that tells where the top tether anchors are located and what they look like? Are they that unmarked little hoizontal bar in the back of the seat? The manual is less than helpful and the Dodge people are clueless. Thanks!

Based on what it says in the LATCH manual, it sounds like you found the top tether anchors: the tether anchors are located on the lower back of the second row outboard seats, and on the lower back of the third row center seating position in the '06 Grand Caravan. Maybe another Grand Caravan owner can show you a picture of theirs to confirm for you.
