Dd2 will be 9 months on 4/9.
28 inches -20ish+ lbs
She seems to have longer legs. Her head is small compared to the rest of her body)

She is riding in a blvd (g3) center or chaperone passenger side. Dd1 is in a fr85 drivers side. Usually im a huge britax fan, but im not loving how dd2 fits in the center. Her feet are already touching (legs bent some) the car's seat. Her head looks like it may be pushed forward. We have a 2006 maxima, so her seat is installed with the seatbelt. It fits much better on the passenger side with latch, but we really need the extra seat and no one can fit between the fr85 and blvd. Also, I like her in the center so I don't hit her head getting in.

I do *not* want a radian. I've had one before and sold it. I don't trust the company.

I do want something
-easy to install with a seatbelt
-room for long legs
-no re-thread harness
-works well rear facing next to fr85

Im trying to convince myself I need a foonf or peg, but may have to deal with what we have for a while..

I can't speak to installation or puzzling, but the pria pictures I've seen have crazy leg room, and there's a no rethread harness. Those headwings might be a deal breaker though, they make me claustrophobic just thinking about them! But thats the only seat I've seen that can compete with the radian in leg room.

The Foonf doesn't have a no rethread harness. However how often do you need to rethread that that would be a big deal? I've found I adjust mine about once a year. Actually, I moved Laine from the first to second slot on her True Fit (no rethread, but just for demonstration) at six months old, and she's still there at three and a half. Her torso just stopped growing. LOL So the Foonf is an option, but it's not no rethread.

The Chicco NextFit may be nice for you. I don't know how it puzzles, though. It's too new to have a lot of puzzling experience.

The no rethread isn't a dealbreaker. Dd1 never had one until 3 or so when we got the fr85. I just don't want her squished. Her 12 month sleepers and pants are already too short. I like the idea of the headwings, but she hates that she can't see around them well to see dd1. The evenflo, safety 1st, etc seats seem so cheap to me. I've been trying to talk myself into trying one of the new Graco ones.

Foonf, peg, pria easy with seatbelt?? Lockoffs? Our leather seats are a pain to install seats, especially in the middle.

Peg and Pria are my top two contenders right now too for my long, 18lb, 7 month old who also seems leggy AND I need it to fit next to a F85 also! I have a Radian for one of my older children and dislike it too. I decided against a Foonf because it seems too tall for me. Will be interested to see what you decide on. Right now we are just using a Graco Snugride 30, but she's beginning to look uncomfortable in it.

Dd2 looks much more comfortable in her chaperone. We live about 1.5 hrs from anything (bru) so I doubt we'll be trying anything out soon..

We have a Frontier 85 FF right next to a Peg Convertible RF - they puzzle nicely.
