well, my "Livia fr85" showed up, it's a ra55 :( super bummed

eta: how long does it usually take to get refunded?

Soooo a couple weeks ago, I was thrilled to score a peg convertible for $169. I was less thrilled when it arrived at my house and a mattress pad was in the box. After a few phone calls and emails back and forth, NBD finally agreed to send me a different peg at the same (awesome) price of $169 rather than the price they currently had of $240. So if you have a crappy experience, just know that they will make it right if you keep communicating with them! ::hopefully:: I actually receive a carseat this time!

aggravated, mostly with my indecision, lol, and slightly at NBD's inconsistent descriptions and pics. oh well....

It is a gamble sometimes with NBD, but they do have great customer service and will make it right for you. I tend to direct my annoyance toward whoever sends back less expensive items in these boxes to get credit from Amazon... I mean who does that?! So wrong. Usually if you're returning an item to NBD they will refund you once they receive the item back.

I scored a Riley Prosport for DD1. She's in a Nextfit and loves it so wish me luck talking her into giving it to DD2 lol. And that this is actually a Prosport. And actually Riley ;)

That's what I'm hoping. I ordered a blaze prosport and 2.5 weeks after it was purchased it should be here today. Hoping it's a blaze and hoping it's a prosport and not super old. Although old enough to still have the recline bar would be ok.

I finally scored a BOB. I've been stalking forever so I'm really excited! I also maybe felt the urge to buy a MA70 so I kind of snagged one of those also lol

Wow I am super upset. The prosport I ordered 2.5 weeks ago just showed up. There's dried food nastiness all over it, absolutely zero paperwork. It is a 1/16/13 dom but it is clearly used. The box is also absolutely beat to heck.
