Bugaboo Recalls Cameleon3 Strollers Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at Buy Buy Baby, Toys R Us and other baby product stores nationwide, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, online at Bugaboo.com and other online retailers from September 2012 to March 2013 for between $889 and $1,600.

PT Domusindo Perdana Recalls Drop-Side Cribs Due to Entrapment and Suffocation Hazards. JCPenney.com and the JCPenney catalog from January 1998 through December 2008 for between $200 and $400.

iCandy World Recalls Cherry Strollers Due to Strangulation Hazard. Sold at Buy Buy Baby and other juvenile product stores nationwide and online at www.buybuybaby.com and other online retailers from October 2009 through December 2012 for about $400.

BabyHome USA Recalls High Chairs Due to Strangulation Hazard. Sold at Juvenile product stores nationwide including USA Baby, Magic Beans and RC Willey and online at Amazon.com, Babiesrus.com and Diapers.com from March 2012 through February 2013 for about $150.

West Music Recalls Basic Beat BB201 Egg-Shaker Toy Instruments Due to Choking and Aspiration Hazards. West Music stores, West Music Catalog, Westmusic.com, Amazon.com and at West Music booths at summer workshops from July 2012 through October 2012 for about $1.50 each.

Toys R Us stores nationwide and online at ToysRUs.com between July 2012 and January 2013 for about $60.

WRSI Recalls Kayaking and Rafting Helmets Due to Head Injury Hazard. Sold at Northwest River Supplies and sporting goods stores nationwide and online at www.whitewaterhelmet.com from March 2012 through November 2012 for between $140 and $170.

3M Recalls Filtrete Room Air Purifiers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Ultra Quiet at Ace Hardware, Bi-Mart, Do It Best, Fred Meyer, Handy Hardware Wholesale, Nuthouse, Orchard Supply, Orgill Bros., Petco, Rite Aid, Strosniders, Theisen Farm & Home, True Value Hardware stores nationwide, and online at Amazon.com and others. Maximum Allergen sold only at Lowe's stores. The FAP00-RS model was sold from November 2008 through January 2013, and the FAP00-L model was sold from October 2012 through January 2013, both for about $60.

Definitive Technology Recalls SuperCube 2000 Subwoofers Due to Risk of Shock. Sold at electronics stores nationwide and online at BestBuy.com and Amazon.com between November 2012 and January 2013 for about $600.

Rich Products Corporation of Buffalo, New York, is announcing a voluntary recall of Farm Rich® Mini Quesadillas (PC 35635), Farm Rich® Mini Pizza Slices (PC 35643 and PC 37690), Farm Rich® Philly Cheese Steaks (PC 35634), Farm Rich® Mozzarella Bites (PC 37443 and PC 37691) and Market Day® Mozzarella Bites (PC 80435), produced from November 12, 2012 to November 19, 2012 due to possible contamination with Escherichia coli O121 bacteria (“E. Coli O121”). The Farm Rich products were distributed in retail stores nationwide. Market Day® is a fundraising food cooperative that distributed the Mozzarella Bites.

Publix Super Markets is issuing a voluntary recall for Publix Deli Tri Fruit and Grain Salad since it may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes. Publix Deli Tri Fruit and Grain Salad, UPC # 41415-39662, was distributed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. Product was sold in pre-packaged 12 ounce containers, and this recall involves all product sold from December 2012 through March 26, 2013.

Triple J Family Farms, a Buffalo Lake, Minn. establishment, is recalling approximately 15,270 pounds of bone-in ribeye products because the vertebral column may not have been completely removed. The products were produced and packaged on various dates between Feb. 8, 2013, and March 21, 2013, and were distributed to an FSIS-inspected establishment in New York for further processing and distribution.

Pallimed Solutions, Inc. of Woburn, MA, doing business as Pallimed Pharmacy, is voluntarily recalling all sterile compound products dispensed since January 1, 2013 to the user level. The recall resulted from a recent inspection conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy where visible particulates (filaments) were observed in vials of sterile compounded products.

Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), announced today it is initiating a voluntary nationwide user-level recall of one lot of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP, 1000 mL, Flexible Container, NDC 0409-7983-09. This action is due to one confirmed customer report where brass particulate was identified in the primary container in the form of several small grey/brown particles.

Natura Pet Products is voluntarily expanding its recall of dry pet food (CALIFORNIA NATURAL , EVO, HEALTHWISE, INNOVA, KARMA) because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The affected products are sold through veterinary clinics and select pet specialty retailers nationwide and in Canada, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Costa Rica, as well as online. The dry cat food expiration dates for this expanded recall range from 1/1/2014 to 3/24/2014. The dry cat treats have expiration dates from 7/1/13 to 9/27/13.
