A few questions about the Recaro Performance Sport

I am considering purchasing this seat this weekend, but Im wondering about the crotch room (DD is feeling crowded in that area in her GN). I see in the on the measurements board, the longest crotch length on the Pro Sport is 8inches...which should work for us, but would that apply to the Performance Sport as well?

Also, does anyone have IRL pics of the covers? I really like the blue and the green one, but Im wondering how close the stock photos are to real life. Thank you!!

Also, is $255 a good price, or should I keep looking?

I believe they are the same shell, so the crotch strap room should be the same. My son is 5.5, and I think using the middle position, with no issue. I think it would take a really big kid to need one further out.

Any reason you're not considering the ProSport? http://www.babyviva.com/show_product/999513-5739#color=Red

I do like the blue cover. They are so new, though, that I don't know that anyone here has seen one in person.

I was researching the ProSport when I happened upon the Peformance Sport....

As a Gator fan, I love the darker blue of the Performance Sport...just want to make sure it has enough crotch room before I order. Im pretty excited....weve only had Graco seats (and one Evenflo) before, but Ive read great things about Recaro!
