We've been having the issue for a few months, but usually one will come out, we put it back and press the button and the other comes out with a bit of playing. Monday my sister called me because she couldn't get the buckle out. She had to loosen the straps and pull her out of the top and put her in from the top so we called graco yesterday to order a new buckle.
My question, since I've seen it suggested but not sure is should we report it to NHTSA? They right away said they'd send a replacement(with the addition of "if this happens again just swish the buckle in water, make sure not to get the webbing wet" after I said we've done that and sprayed with compressed air)
