Quick! How do I switch the Monterey headrest???

DS has been in a backless booster until I got the new Monterey headrest. Well he had oral surgery this morning and he's still conked out from the anesthesia. I've got to go pick up his prescription... How do I get the old headrest out and the new one in?? There's no instructions.
