Quick question for a friend

She just bought a MySize to keep her 2.5 year old rear facing. She just messaged me saying in order for the harness straps to be at or below his shoulders, the headrest digs into to shoulders. Maybe he has no neck? Lol. I'm comfortable with having her move it up one notch so it's slightly above...but I'm not in AZ anymore to help her. Suggestions?

IIRC- the headrest is supposed to be threaded through the slot just above the one you are actually using. So it should give the shoulders a little bit of room.

Mine has the harness actually coming out from the base of the headrest so there isn't any space. I just noticed. But I haven't had issues with it digging in. Maybe her kid has broader shoulders?
