The Triumph has a different type of strap. It tightens at the hip and there is a double strap over the shoulder area. It is definitely weird. I had a hard time when I was using one and I knew that they both went over the shoulder.

My MIL put DD's straps like that once and I about died. I can see how one can be confused since only one of the straps goes through the chest clip (but of course a simple reading of the manual would solve that problem pretty quickly ).

i couldn't watch the video but when i tried my oldest in the triumph
at BRU when she was small, the salesboy said that her arms were supposed to go between those double shoulder straps. so if that's how the baby was then perhaps they bought the seat at BRU!

Yes, I pointed out the most obvious 3 misuse errors very nicely with a reminder to read the manual & also said that kid was super cute :D

If that bothered them enough to remove it, well :shrug-shoulders::dizzy::sorry!:

Wow, hopefully the removed it so that they weren't demonstrating improper usage. He was really cute though!!

His arms were between the two straps at the shoulder. I would hate to think of what would happen to a child's arms if they were in an accident like that!!
