Hot Springs Packing Co., Inc., a Hot Springs, Ark. establishment, is recalling approximately 6,120 pounds of chicken polish sausage and chicken breakfast link products ("DOUBLE D INTERNATIONAL FOOD CO., INC., 4/1 CHICKEN POLISH SAUSAGE, DOUBLE D INTERNATIONAL FOOD CO., INC., 16/1 CHICKEN BREAKFAST LINK) due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were produced on February 19, 2013, and distributed to an institution in Jackson, Michigan.

Ben-Lee Processing, Inc., an Atwood, Kansas establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of ready-to-eat and heat-treated bacon and ham products that were produced without a Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan. The products were produced prior to March 14, 2013, and were distributed in northwest Kansas for further distribution.

FPL Food, LLC, a West Columbia, S.C. establishment, is recalling approximately 5,820 pounds of ground beef chuck that may contain small pieces of plastic. The products were packaged on March 7, 2013, and were sold in retail stores in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Grippo Foods, Inc, Cincinnati, OH, is initiating a nationwide recall of all bags and boxes of their Plain Potato Chips, Bar-B-Q Potato Chips, Cheddar Cheese with a touch of Jalapeno Potato Chips, Hot Dill Pickle Potato Chips, Sweet Bermuda Onion Potato chips and Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips. These products may have the potential to contain metal fragments. These products were distributed to retail markets in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois beginning September 15, 2012 until March 14, 2013.

Green Planet, Inc. is conducting a voluntary consumer recall of a product sold as a dietary supplement under the brand name of "Night Bullet," found to contain trace amounts of an analogue of an FDA-approved drug. Night Bullet was sold nationwide between October 2012 and March 2013 to wholesalers and sample provided at trade shows.

Vascular Solutions Zerusa Ltd., a subsidiary of Vascular Solutions, Inc., initiated a nationwide recall of Guardian® II and Guardian II NC hemostasis valves used in catheterization procedures. Specific lots of the products have been recalled because they pose a slightly increased risk of air leakage that may lead to an air embolism, which could result in serious injury or death.

Bravo! is voluntarily recalling its 2 lb tubes of Bravo! Raw Food Diet Chicken Blend for Dogs and Cats, product code: 21-102, batch ID code 6 14 12, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.The recalled product is distributed nationwide to distributors, retail stores, internet retailers and directly to consumers, and can be identified by the batch ID code 6 14 12 located on the white hang tag attached to the bottom of the plastic film tube.

Diamond Pet Foods is voluntarily recalling limited production codes of Premium Edge Finicky Adult Cat Formula dry cat food, Premium Edge Senior Cat Hairball Management Formula dry cat food, Premium Edge Kitten Formula dry cat food, Diamond Naturals Kitten Formula dry cat food and 4health All Life Stages Cat Formula dry cat food. Tests conducted by the company indicated the products might have a low level of thiamine (Vitamin B1).
