Vent It happened again.

Our second MY ride 65 buckle has gotten Stuck, and it happened in the middle of a bunch of errands. In the middle of Salt Lake city, grr, I got home and ordered another Foonf. I guess that is one bonus of a deployed hubby, he can't complain about the spending if he can't see it.

Does anyone have the info to report these to the National Highway and transportation authority or whomever I can report this to so that Graco will fix the problem.

Thanks, I had called them with the last one but they didn't seem thrilled. This time I want to make sure that it is taken care of.
