Expert Gardener Electric Blower Vacuums Recalled by OWT Industries Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and online at www.walmart.com from January 2012 through December 2012 for about $40.

Homelite Recalls Electric Blower Vacuums Due to Laceration Hazard
Sold exclusively at Home Depot stores nationwide and online at www.homedepot.com from February 2012 through December 2012 for about $40.

Smithfield Packing Company, a Smithfield, Va. establishment, is recalling approximately 38,000 pounds of "Gwaltney mild pork sausage roll" pork sausage that may contain small pieces of plastic, likely from gloves. The products were produced on Jan. 11, 2013, and were distributed in Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.

BBU, Inc., the parent of the Bimbo Bakeries companies, has initiated a voluntary recall of Arnold, Brownberry, Earthgrains, Farm, Harmons, L’oven Fresh, Stroehmann and Sara Lee Multi-grain Breads and Sara Lee Thin Style Buns due to possible presence of flexible wire caused by a faulty screen at a third party flour mill.

GoldCoast Salads, a Naples Florida firm, is voluntarily recalling Blue Crab Spread, Maine Lobster Spread, Lobster and Shrimp Spread, and Smoked Salmon Spread that may be contaminated with Listeria. The products in question were produced 12/17/12, 12/19/12, 12/26/12, 1/31/13, and 1/25/13 respectively and distributed to stores in the North East and South East United States.

The Honest Kitchen today announced that it is voluntarily recalling five lots of its Verve, Zeal and Thrive pet food products produced between August and November 2012 and sold nationwide in the US and Canada via retail stores, mail order and online after August 2012 because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

Mondelēz Global LLC announced today a nationwide voluntary recall in the United States, including Puerto Rico, of the belVita Breakfast Biscuit product, Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate varieties, following notification from a third-party supplier, due to the possible presence of fragments of flexible metal mesh caused by a faulty screen at their facility.

King Arthur Flour has initiated a voluntary recall of a limited number of its 5-lb. bags of King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour and King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour due to the possible presence of small (7-9 mm) blue polyurethane balls that are used in the sifting process.

Dakota Specialty Milling has initiated a voluntary recall of a limited number of its specialty flours and grain blends in cooperation with the Food and Drug Administration due to the possible presence of fragments of thin metal wire from a defective screen on one of its manufacturing lines at a milling facility. Dakota Specialty Milling supplies ingredients to leading brands of variety breads, cereals, crackers, granola, and nutrition bars and does not directly supply consumer products.

US Foodservice South Florida, US Foodservice Baltimore, Deer Run of Longwood, FL, L'Chaim of Delray Beach, FL, Prestige Smokehouse of Riviera Beach, FL, and Best Value of Miami, FL.

Kasel Associated Industries Recalls All Products (Boots & Barkley, BIXBI, Nature’s Deli, Colorado Naturals, Petco, K9, and Best Bully Stick items) Manufactured at its Denver, Colorado Facility from April 20, 2012 thru September 19, 2012 Because of Possible Salmonella Health Risk. The recalled Products of Dog Treats were distributed nationwide through various retailers from April 20th to September 19th.

Nutri-Vet, LLC. of Boise, ID is voluntarily recalling its Nutri-Vet and NutriPet Chicken Jerky Products because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled Chicken Jerky Treats were distributed nationwide through online sales and in retail stores from April 2012 through February 2013 with Best By Dates ranging from April 20, 2014, through October 3, 2014.

Kaytee Products is recalling several bird treats and greens items due to possible contamination of Salmonella from parsley flake ingredients supplied to Kaytee by Specialty Commodities, Inc., an outside supplier to Kaytee. Recalled products were distributed to retailers and distributors in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin; and, into the countries of Canada, China, Guam, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Pakistan, Singapore, and the UAE.

Reumofan Plus USA, LLC and Reumofan USA, LLC is recalling "Reumofan Plus" Tablets, Lot# 99515, exp. 09/16, because they contain undeclared active pharmaceutical ingredients: methocarbamol, dexamethasone, and diclofenac. Reumofan Plus was distributed nationwide through internet sales.
