Hi all,

Looking at booster seats for my son. He is in the 90% or height. I was planning on getting the clek but have read some info about the seat base vein too short for some kids and then being uncomfortable. I also like the kiddy cruiserfix and obviously the seat base adjusts. Either way I want it to latch in my car. Any personal advice on which way to go? I'm pretty impressed with both seats. Thanks!

My 6 year old is pretty average height but skinny and leggy and she hated the Oobr, the lack of leg support was way too uncomfortable for her. She loves the Kiddy Cruiserfix Pro, and we also love the Kiddy World Plus which is of course more expensive but it's extremely tall as a booster.

We've never owned an oobr, but we just got our Kiddy last week (though it won't be her full-time seat until after winter driving conditions are over). my daughter, 5.5 yo, petite, loves it. She's practicing sitting correctly in a booster (booster training) when she takes special trips for errands and such with Daddy in his car. So far she's said that the Cruiserfix Pro is the most comfortable seat she's ever ridden in. She says she can't wait for spring so the Kiddy can go in the van and she doesn't have to ride in the F85 we have in there. (she says the Kiddy is more comfy than even the Frontier)

I have both and love both of them. My older who is 8.5 years is currently riding in the Kiddy. It gives her a ton more leg support because you can extend the leg support out. However, the booster is as tall as it will go and she will out grow it by the summer. She has long legs and is skinny minny. I have my younger 6yr old in the Oobr. She has no complaints about the seat. For long legged kids, I would go with Kiddy hands down because you are able to extend the leg support.
