Am I doing something wrong? I had two items in my cart then they were gone...added to my cart and everything. That's not fair. Does this happen all the time? My first time trying to buy.

They usually only hold in the cart for 10 minutes or less. If you hit add to cart but didn't actually get an add confirmation then it never made it to your cart. It's like shopping crack, everything goes ridiculously fast and it gets frustrating at times.

That is frustrating. It was added and it showed the amount in the cart in the corner, then it all of a sudden said 0.00. Boo!

I would suggest that you sign up for an account (if you didn't already) then when you want to shop sign in first,then your check out is quick. YOu have to be prepared cuz things move fast.I just placed my 1st NBD order last week, added the item to the cart, signed into my account and the item wasn't there. I had to sign back out, remove the item from my cart, sign back in, and add it back to my cart under my account. It was a pain, I'm glad I didn't lose the item. If I"m looking for an item I will sign in, and minimize the page, then when I have time I"ll bring the page back up and just click refresh to see if anything new popped up. If want something specific you sometimes need to stalk NBD

I signed up and they sent me a 10% off code. Wish I did that when I got the Summit XC.

Did anyone see the Ergo? It's organic and it has a plaid hood on it. It's kind of ugly. Does that mean other parts of it are plaid?

I don't see any other plaid on it. I don't know if I'd say it's ugly, it's just not my style. there's been a bunch of ergos on NBD lately, if you don't like that way can you wait to see if more pop up? I've learned, if I don't like it in the "store" I'll hate it once I own it, but that's just me

I'm so jealous that you snagged an XC.

From the Ergos I've seen, that probably means that the inside is plaid.

Yeah, the XC is beautiful! Did I already mention the accessories are exchangeable with the Micro. At least that's what BJ said when I emailed them to ask. Now if I could find a great deal on a car seat adaptor for the Chicco. Actually, I wouldn't mind having a different car seat that went with my strollers better! Damn DD for wanting Equinox. I'm bitter! She didn't seem to care.

Yeah, as annoying as their accessory prices are, it's really nice that they're pretty much all interchangeable.

There is a pretty Ergo up now...I think it is called river rock or something like that...greenish color.
