Question Frontier 85 in Silverado Ext Cab?

Hi everyone!

I am looking at the next seat up for my almost 4 year old. She is currently FF in an ETA outboard in our 2002 Chevy Silverado extended cab (its got the rear-opening half doors). I'm wanting to purchase a Britax Frontier 85 but am not sure how well it will install...anybody have experience with this combination? Mostly worried about seat overhang. Using a seatbelt, no latch outboard in this truck. Also, we have a Radian 120 RF in the center, but I'm thinking any seat will puzzle well with that. Thanks in advance!

Thank you! My back seat is also 16" but my seat seams more angled which would likely make the overhang even worse. Boo! If only the recline block didn't have to be forward, I think this seat would install better in more vehicles...not really sure of the logic behind that, as seats like the Radian install more upright safely. I think I may end up going with a Radian RXT instead...but I'm not sure how far that will take us. She is about 35 lbs and 40".

Just thought I'd update this...I did end up getting the Frontier and had an easy time getting it to work! Minimal and acceptable overhang, and it went in nice and solid. Lots of room for my DS's Radian 120 in the center as well with no touching. Love this seat so far and so does my DD!
