    LATCH Limit in 2004 Civic?

Does anybody know what the LATCH limit is in a 2004 Civic. The manual doesn't mention LATCH limits at all, and I am very confused by recent news articles stating that LATCH rules will be changing in 2014, and I have a 36-lb 3 year old in a Safety First Complete Air installed with LATCH in my 2004 Civic (Forward facing). I am wondering if I should be switching to a seatbelt install? I got a much better install FF with Latch, but will have to make do if it is not safe.

According to the 2013 LATCH manual, the LATCH installation weight limit for Honda vehicles hasn't changed from previous LATCH manual editions and is reached when a child weighs 40 lbs.
