Sportspower Expands Sportspower BouncePro 14’ Trampoline Recall Due to Fall Hazard. Sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide from February 2009 through March 2011 for about $300.

Million Dollar Baby Dressers Recalled by Bexco Due to Tip-Over Hazards; Two Toddler Deaths Reported. The recalled dressers were sold at JCPenney and independent juvenile specialty stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com, BabiesRUs.com, BabyUniverse.com and other online retailers from January 2006 through June 2010 for between $230 and $300.

Natart Chelsea Dressers Recalled By Gemme Juvenile To Reduce Tip-Over Hazard; Death of Toddler Reported. The dressers were sold at Furniture Kidz and other independent juvenile specialty stores and at Baby.com from January 2005 to December 2010 for between $600 and $900.

Kringles Toys and Gifts Recalls Nanospheres Magnetic Desk Toys Due to Ingestion Hazard. Sold at Amazon.com from November 2010 through December 2011 for about $25 to $30.

World Imports Recalls Bunk Beds Due to Violation of Safety Standard
Sold at Independent juvenile and other furniture stores in the eastern United States between August 2009 to February 2012 for about $250 to $300.

High Powered Magnet Balls Recalled by SCS Direct Due to Risk of Ingestion. Sold exclusively at Amazon.com from August 2010 through May 2012 for about $20.

Columbia Sportswear Recalls Seven Models of Heated Jackets Due To Burn Hazard. Sold at Bass Pro Outdoor World, Dick’s Sporting Goods and other major retailers and sporting or outdoor stores nationwide; and online at Amazon.com and Columbia.com from May 2012 to January 2013 for between $250 and $1,200.

BRP Recalls Can-Am Side-By-Side Vehicles Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Can-Am dealers nationwide from April 2010 through November 2012 for between $11,700 and $21,000.

Continental Tire is recalling certain ContiMotion motorcycle tires, size 180/60R16 M/C 74H produced from December 19, 2010, through September 24, 2011. The tires were sold as replacement equipment for Honda GoldWing 1800 motorcycles. Some of these tires may experience uneven wear, groove cracking, and belt lift. This could result in a loss of inflation pressure.

FoodState Recalls Bottles of MegaFood One Daily Supplements Due to Lack of Child-Resistant Packaging. Sold at Sprouts Farmers Market, Vitamin Cottage, Whole Foods Market and other natural food stores nationwide from June 2012 to October 2012 for between $39 and $90.

Whole Foods Market is recalling one lot code of Whole Catch Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon (4 oz), cold smoked and sliced, sold in stores in 12 states, because it may contain Listeria Monocytogenes. The recalled items were sold in stores in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, and Utah.

Whole Foods Market is recalling an additional lot code (for a total of two lot codes) of Whole Catch Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon (4 oz), UPC code 0 99482 40880 0, cold smoked and sliced, sold in stores in 18 states, because it may contain Listeria Monocytogenes. Named in this updated recall is a second lot code, 7425A2297A. Products with this lot code were sold in stores in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah.

Whole Foods Market is recalling four items (Bagel Half with Lox Cream Cheese w/Capers, Whole Bagel with Lox Cream Cheese with Capers, Gravlox Cream Cheese Spread, Gravlox Cream Cheese Spread) made with Circle Sea Salmon Lox Trimsold in Oregon and Washington state store seafood departments due to possible Listeria Monocytogenes contamination. The recall includes all of these products sold before Jan. 29, 2013.

Sprouters Northwest of Kent, Washington is recalling 1953 pounds of alfalfa, clover, brocco sandwich sprouts, and spicy sprouts due to the potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Products were distributed from 1/10/13 to 1/18/13 in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and British Columbia, Canada through retail stores and food service distribution chain.

Sprouter Northwest Expands Recall to All Varieties of Sprouts Products, Wheatgrass, and Pea Shoots with Any Best by Dates and All Sizes Because of Possible Health Risk. All varieties of sprouts products including 3-Bean Munchie, Alfalfa, Bean, Broccoli, Brocco Sandwich sprouts, Clover, Deli, Spicy; Wheatgrass and/or Pea Shoots were distributed through 1/30/2013 in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and British Columbia, Canada through retail stores and food service distribution chain.

San Jose Valley Veal, a Santa Clara, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,260 pounds of veal trimmings that may be contaminated with E. Coli O157:H7. The products subject to recall were produced between Nov. 1 and Nov. 9, 2012 then were transported to a federal facility for further distribution.

Advance Pierre Foods, an Enid, Okla. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,200 pounds of Fast Classics brand chicken fried chicken breasts that may contain small pieces of meta. The products were distributed in Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), announced today it is initiating a voluntary nationwide user-level recall of one lot of Lactated Ringers and 5% Dextrose Injection, USP, 1000 mL, Flexible Container, NDC 0409-7929-09. This action is due to one confirmed customer report where a spore-like structured particulate, consistent with mold, was noted in the solution.

Woodbridge, NJ – D&S Herbals, LLC, d/b/a Freedom Trading is conducting a voluntary consumer recall of a product sold as a dietary supplement to support male sexual performance under the brand name of Super Power. This product was sold between August 2012 and January 2013 nationwide.

The Hartz Mountain Corporation is voluntarily withdrawing its Hartz Chicken Chews and Hartz Oinkies Pig Skin Twists wrapped with Chicken for dogs in the United States because they contain trace amounts of unapproved antibiotic residue.
