I may be a little late to the party but I saw something that made me kind of laugh last night
So my daughter and I were at Walmart and I had to make the hallowed walk down the car seat aisle. While I was inspecting the finally-out-of-the-box Harmony Defender (holy short crotch strap!! It is like half the length of the frontier crotch strap) my daughter says, "Hey mom, look at this cup holder" and hands me the cup holder from the new Chase Select (aka SecureKid 100). My first thought was "Wow, I knew those could some off but I had no idea it was so easy" so I went over there to check it out. Here is a picture of the cup holder on the seat
Here is the cup holder alone.
And the best part is that it REQUIRES A SCREW it install
Here is the screw hole on the cup holder.
And that longish oval hole towards the top (you can see the carpet through it) is the hole the screw goes through from the underside.
And, last. here are the screws, still attached to the straps of the car seat. Way to go Walmart!!
So, now that Graco has answered the call to install their own screws now it's Evenflo's turn. I can only assume that this cup holder is the same on the Secure Kid 300/400 and may be eventually the Meastro?
